Dean Kurtz Construction, Inc. acting as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new 75,000 SF Rosebud K-5 School Project is currently seeking bids on packages including earthwork, survey, and seeding. A second bid package will be let later this year for the remainder of the project. All successful bids will subcontract with Dean Kurtz Construction, Inc. for the work. All subcontractors will have to obtain a Rosebud Sioux Tribe Business License. Each Bid Package shall be submitted separately in opaque envelopes and clearly marked as shown on the sample envelope in the specifications. E. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe TECRO Compliance Plan is applicable to this project. A copy of the Compliance Plan can be reviewed or requested from the Tribal Government offices. All subcontractors will have to obtain a Rosebud Sioux Tribe Business License. F.
