Description

Site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

The work to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to: the construction of a new 159 square meter single storey addition to and renovation of approximately 8 square meters of the existing Rainbow Road Aquatic Centre. The work will include preparation of shop drawings and as constructed drawings. Proponents may be awarded follow-on work without a competition. Documents can be obtained from at https://www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/current Additional questions will be received up until 4:00 pm Friday May 21, 2021.
