Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; and for site work for a office development.
As of March 2022, this project has been awarded, however, our content team has been unable to confirm the awarded contractor. Construction of new freestanding facility of administration offices, ground maintenance garage and workshop and associated support spaces. Work includes base bid and alternate scope. Base work includes but is not limited to site clearing, new foundation, steel superstructure, full exterior enclosure, windows, doors, mechanical, plumbing, septic system, electrical and fire alarm. Alternate work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing building and site and new building scope. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, a bi bond, cash, a treasurer's or cashier's check, payable to Town of Lexington for five Percent (5%) of a bid value. A performance bond in an amount equal to 100 Percent of the total amount of the bid with the surety company qualified to do business in the commonwealth of Mssachusetts will be required for the faithful performance of the contract as well as a labor and materials bond in an amount equal to 100 Percent of the total bid amount.
