Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Tecumseth, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This Contract is for the construction of Pitel Park Development in the vacant parcel at the corner of Pitel Dr and Strachan Trail in Beeton ON. This project consists of development of the site, landscaping and construction of play pods, walkways and rubberized surfaces. The proponent will carry and coordinate with the Towns playground equipment provider and installer (Play Power Canada Limited) for this project. This park will serve the residents in the Community of Beeton and local surrounding development and create a new feature park for the Town of New Tecumseth. The work includes but no limited to: - Mobilization/Demobilization. - Temporary Modular Hoarding Fence. - Site Permitting - Demolition and Removals. - Excavation & Rough Grading. - Concrete Works (including granular base); - Asphalt Paving (including granular base); - Coloured Rubberized Play Surfaces; - Supply & Installation of site furnishings and inground waste containers (incl. concrete footings); - Site Restoration, Sodding, Planting, and Horticulture.
