The County reserves the right to accept or reject any, all or any part of bids received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Invitation for Bids if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. The County will be the sole judge as to whether bids submitted meet all requirements contained in this solicitation. 1. Furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, labor, supervision, and engineering necessary to design, furnish, install, and modernize two hydraulic passenger elevators defined by Drawings and Specifications. 2. Technical and operational requirements as well as building modifications necessary, including but not limited to, replacement of elevator cabs with finishes, modifications or improvements to elevator lobbies, shafts, and equipment rooms (including equipment contained therein). Handicap access to all levels of the building shall be maintained during the construction process. Each bid shall include all required architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecom, security and other work necessary for a complete functional, tested and labeled system. The intent of this Scope is to provide all work required for a complete turnkey installation. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
