The Engineers Estimate is $413,800.00 Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the following project: OHIO PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION PROJECT: HAN-CR153-00.91 BRIDGE All Bidders shall be pre-qualified in conformance with Ohio Department of Transportation requirements for this specific work type. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. All Contractors and Subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal. Bids are to be sealed, marked "BID - OPWC HAN-CR153-00.91 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT" and addressed to the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of Hancock County, Ohio. The Hancock County Commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in the accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any successful bidder against Hancock County or the Board of Hancock County Commissioners.
