Install traffic signal mast-arm poles at project locations. Each bidder shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
