The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) invites proposals from Proponents and/or Proponent Teams with demonstrated experience developing Housing Master Plans for post-secondary institutions to prepare a Housing Master Plan for the UTSC Campus. TIMELINE: The report recommendations included increasing the focus on first-year students to create an intentional first-year community in order to enhance the student experience and create additional opportunities for student development at UTM. The focus included improving the resident experience and suggested occupancy management strategies. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
