Site work for a water / sewer project in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond shall accompany each bid in the amount of 5% of the bid made payable to the Port Authority of Winona, MN which shall be forfeited to the Port Authority in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract with the Port Authority. The contractor shall furnish the owner, within 10 days after the contract is awarded, a bond executed by a surety company approved by the owner in the full amount of the contract and conditioned as provided by the General Statutes of this State. The bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business within the State of Minnesota and having a minimum A.M. best rating of B+. The term of the bond will be two (2)years from the date of final acceptance. The Port Authority of Winona reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Approximate Quantities of Major Items of Work are: COMMON EXCAVATION 1400 CY AGGREGATE BASE 470 CY STEEL SHEET PILE BULKHEAD WALL 5350 SF STEEL SHEET PILE RETURN WALL 3400 SF STEEL SHEET PILE DEADMAN WALL 750 SF
