Outdoor hard courts (basketball, tennis, and pickleball) should be resurfaced every five years. All of the City courts need resurfacing, some have never been resurfaced and are unusable for the intended purpose. This CIP plan resurfaces two City courts per year and repeats at a lower cost every five years. This process must be followed in order to protect the investment and offer high-quality play experiences to the community.
