Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision and perform all work necessary for and incidental to the construction of the project known as the Arnold Drive Sidewalk Gap Closure Project, City Project No.C2012.The work includes but is not limited to providing traffic control,clearing and grubbing, minor grading, removing asphalt and concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, constructing new concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways and ramps, saw cutting, removing and replacing hot mix asphalt concreteat new gutters, and adjusting a fire hydrant to grade. The Base Bid work is to be completed in 20 working days. A certified check or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, will fulfill the terms of the bid. The City of Martinez reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals or bids or portions thereof.
