Renovation of a military facility in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove existing boilers and boiler lines, dispose of any hazardous materials discovered during demolition, install new boiler and piping system to tie into existing heating system in each multi-unit RHU building, and relocate the existing hot water tanks. Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 100 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
