Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project involves reconstructing Bering Drive, Beverly Hill St, Schumacher Lane, and Star Lane from a two-lane roadway with roadside ditches to a curb and gutter roadway with storm sewer and cut-back parking. The project also involves installing sidewalks with ADA compliant wheelchair ramps, driveways, pavement markings, signage, traffic signal, speed cushions, etc. MBE- 26.2% - 27.3% WBE- 6.9% A. Project generally consists of removing and replacing existing roadway and sidewalk, adjusting existing waterlines and sanitary sewer lines, and adding storm sewer lines and swales with detention, as well as installation of street trees, including in-sidewalk tree grates and planting area. B. The project limits Include Star Lane, Schumacher Lane, and Beverly Hill Street from Fountain View Drive to Chimney Rock Road And Bering Drive from US 59 Frontage Road To Richmond Avenue. A. Removal of existing pavement, sidewalk, driveways, curbs, and asphaltic surfaces including flexible base materials. B. Removal of fences, curb stops, bollards, canopies, and small structures. C. Removal of 9,686 LF existing stormwater culverts, inlets, and manholes. D. Installation of new storm sewer consisting of approximately 9,463 LF of 7'X2' RCB, 6'X5' RCB, 6'x4' RCB, 6'X3' RCB, 6'X2' RCB, 2,896 LF of 24" RCP, 36" RCP, and 42" RCP, 1,392 LF of 18"x28.5" arch-pipe, and 608 LF of pipes from 4" to 12". All pipes and boxes to be installed by open-cutcomplete in place. Connect pipes from inlets and manholes to the existing off-site pipes. Installation of type "C" manholes and junction boxes as specified in plans. Adjust other manholes to grade. Install inlets at designated locations ("A" inlets, "BB" inlets, "C" inlets, and modified inlets). More details available in plans and specifications. E.
