Reference Number : 1491403 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-05-31 Electronic submission accepted: No The Municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge is asking for tenders for the paving of rural roads: Avoca road, Kilmar road, Scotch road, Harrington road and des Arpents-Verts street. Bids must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days and be accompanied by a bid security issued by an insurance company in an amount at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the value of the tender, as well as a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and bond guaranteeing labor, materials and services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the bid. Tender contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
