The specific scope of this project includes: selective interior and exterior demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, misc. metals, carpentry, wood planks, millwork, plastic laminate, solid surface countertops, ACM panels, EIFS, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, storefront, glass/glazing, metal studs/drywall/insulation, ACT, carpet, walk-off mat, rubber tile flooring, resilient base, vinyl flooring, vinyl composition tile, porcelain wood plank, ceramic tile, painting/wallcovering, toilet accessories, HVAC, fire protection (service building only), plumbing, electrical. This project includes the interior renovation and addition to the existing Chapman Mazda dealership in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The service building on the property is also slated for a partial renovation. Note: The showroom will be vacant during construction.
