Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Natural Resources Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct and deploy a minimum of 21 prefabricated concrete artificial reef modules at a designated location within the Brevard County Artificial Reef Site #2 permitted area, 15 nautical miles (nm) east of Port Canaveral, Florida, at a depth of approximately 83 feet in the Atlantic Ocean. The contract will be awarded to the contractor that can complete the described work at the lowest total cost per pre-fabricated module.
