The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. The work to be performed consists of replacing the existing culverts (1400-141) under the Hamburg Turnpike and The New York, Susquehanna & Western Railway Corporation (NYS&W) railroad with a single box culvert. The proposed work also consists of coordination with NYS&W and Utility companies, removal and replacement ofasphalt, restoration and cleanup work, and all other associated work necessary to replace the culverts.
