Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of 8/03/2021, the project was awarded to American Empire Builders, Inc. for $259,999.50. Implement concrete repair of cracks, spalling, delamination, and corrosion of reinforcing material on the faces of the culvert, concrete curbs/head wall. Remove rip-rap wing walls along the culvert and replace with vinyl sheet pile walls and concrete cap. Make necessary repairs to voids and separations at south wing wall. Remove and replace the concrete sidewalks, gutters, and guardrails. Make localized asphalt repairs as necessary. Stabilize all soil in areas effect by erosion. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
