Site work for a water / sewer project in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 560 LF of 48" HDPE storm drain; 280 LF of riprap protection; manholes, drop inlets, and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. No pre-bid conference will be conducted. Questions shall be addressed through email. Bidding Documents also may be examined at: City of White Sulphur Springs-City Hall Office, 589 West Main Street, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986 Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service.The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
