Rogers Street Drainage Improvements Project Contract No. 1 Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 358 LF of 36 HDPE storm pipe; 30 LF of 30 HDPE storm pipe; 91 LF of 24 HDPE storm pipe; 185 LF of 18 HDPE storm pipe; 110 LF of 15 HDPE storm pipe; 456 LF of 12 HDPE storm pipe 45 CY of riprap outfall protection; 13 drop inlets; and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. No pre-bid conference will be conducted. Questions shall be addressed in writing to kkinder@elrobinson.com and shall be received before 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2022. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The Contractor shall comply with West Virginia Contractor's Licensing Act and shall require all subcontractors to comply with that Act. A Contractors License Number is to be included on the bid submission. The requirements stated in the advertisement for bids and the bid form may not be waived by any public entity.
