The estimated construction cost is between $600K and $800K 1. Work of this Contract generally includes the replacement of slate and asphalt roofs, including all associated caps, flashing, downspouts, scuppers, hoppers, snowguards, etc. Replacement of existing vents, vent stacks, dog-houses, intake/exhaust louvres. Removal and re-installation of existing lighting system. Restoration, conservation, repair of masonry chimneys, o/h elevator extension, etc. and associated components. Restoration and conservation of existing wood elements including but not limited to soffits, facias, and frieze boards, etc. 2. Work of this Contract includes furnishing labour, materials, equipment, services, and other related expenses to execute complete construction of facility specified under Contract Documents. 3. In accepting award of this Contract, Contractor hereby reaffirms that it is fully informed regarding all conditions affecting Work and further accepts to complete Work for purpose intended in accordance with Contract Documents.
