Renovation of a parking garage in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 50,000-square-foot parking garage.
As of 06/29/2021 Already awarded but Awarded information is currently not available. In general, the project consists of constructing an approximately 50,000 sq ft masonry DPW building including the following wings: Parking garage, Repair Garage, Wash Bay, Parts and Office building. Structural Steel, Joists and Metal Deck will be a prime contract with the City of Pewaukee Furnishing and installing the precast panels will be a prime contract with the City of Pewaukee A General Contractor for the project will be selected through the competitive big process in July of 2021. The undersigned agrees, if awarded the contract, to start work within 10 calendar days after "Notice to Proceed" and to: Furnish and install precast by Dec 15, 2021 Furnish Structural Steel, Joists and Deck by January 15, 2021
