Project Description: Painting services for the Wallace 3rd Floor Renovation at the Wallace Building in Des Moines, IA A site visit by the prospective bidder is highly recommended at the time of the Pre-Bid Meeting of this project. Changes in the Trade Contract Work that are within the general scope of this Agreement shall be accomplished, without invalidating this Agreement, by Trade Contract Change Order, and Trade Contract Interim Directed Change. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 25 th, Year at 2:00 pm at Wallace Building at 502 East 9th St., Des Moines, IA 50319. Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance lobby off E. 9th Street. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended
