INTERGENERATIONAL COMMUNITY PARK DEVELOPMENT WORK The municipality of Grosse-Ile (hereinafter, the " Municipality "), is soliciting bids in order to carry out the development work of the former softball field to create an intergenerational community park , in accordance with the specifications provided for in the technical clauses contained in the tender specifications.
The tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is submitted to the Municipality's office at the aforementioned address. Only submissions received before the aforementioned date and time will be considered. Bidders with an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, namely, the Agreement of liberalization of public markets in Quebec and New Brunswick, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario. Bids must also be accompanied by financial guarantees in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents. The development work of the intergenerational community park must comply with the specifications of the technical clauses of the tender specifications. The deadline for receiving complaints to the municipality regarding this call for tenders is May 31, 2021. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer (s). In addition, the Municipality declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of the rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded to the compliant bidder who submitted the lowest price, if applicable, by decision of the Municipality, at its sole discretion.
Bid bond 10% is required.
Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 25% is required. award is subject to final approval.
