Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of June 9 the project the project was awarded to SKID STEER GUY LLC for $213,760.60. The work for which bids are requested includes 4,481 feet of street reconstruction consisting of detour signing and maintenance, clearing and grubbing, bituminous pavement removal, removal of curb and gutter, removal of driveway approaches, removal of sidewalk, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, grading and graveling, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, asphaltic concrete pavement, boulevard restoration, and pavement marking. Specific questions regarding the plans and specifications for Project 2021-41 shall be directed to the City of Eau Claire's Department of Engineering at 715-839-4934.
