The bids were opened at Tuesday's Commission meeting and ranged from $34,000 to $78,000. Presiding Commissioner Randy Angst said the Commission planned to review the bids at Thursday's work session and may make a final decision at next Tuesday's meeting. The bidders were Premier Demolition of St. Louis with a bid of $34,200 for demolition only; Cahills Construction of Rolla with a bid of $37,000 for demolition, removal and fill; Fulkerson Excavating of Lebanon with a bid of $52,500 for demolition and removal and Steve's Hauling and Excavating of Oak Ridge with a bid of $78,500.
