Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The project generally consists of the following: o Coordinate with asbestos abatement contractor for all roofing and insulation within interior 3 feet of parapet wall. o Install approximately 23,663SF of new 80 mil TPO or PVC membrane roofing system with R30 insulation all covered by a 30 year warranty. o Replace all roof drains and adjust mechanical and HVAC utilities. o See technical specifications for more details. The works include all materials, labor, and other requirements as outlined in the Contract Documents or inferred by the Contract Documents, necessary to complete the project. To be eligible to Bid and be listed on the plan holders list, Bidders must download Bidding Documents and/or purchase them from the City of Cottage Grove. Pre-Qualification: Yes Completion- September 30, 2022
