PROJECT NAME: Mildred and Doyle Carlton Recreation Complex Renovation Project PROJECT LOCATION: Wauchula, Florida SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Design services from a licensed architect for renovations to the Mildred and Doyle Carlton Recreational Complex. This project includes expanding the pool area, renovating and expanding the playground area, and removing the current racquetball courts and adding basketball courts. QUALIFICATIONS SELECTION CRITERIA: Selection of finalists for interview will be made on the basis of professional services qualifications including related architectural experience and ability, location, and current workload. Firms must be properly registered at the time of submittal to practice their profession in the State of Florida. Representative samples of related work may be submitted in a separate binder. Firms are advised that plans and specifications for A/E may be reused. Selections will be made in accordance with Chapter 287.055.F.S.
