Site work and paving for a road / highway in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The bid will be awarded by the City to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The construction covered by the contract documents shall be fully completed within 330 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project in accordance with contract documents for said project. This specification covers the requirements for furnishing, fabricating and erecting Project Signs on Capital Improvement Projects (C.I.P.) and for project identification at other construction sites, when required on the Plans or by the City. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to secure a construction contract for the widening of Kegley Road from 2 to 3 lanes from the conclusion of the Phase I Improvements project to Blue Star Blvd. Contract also includes the construction of a 6' sidewalk and utility improvements
