Renovation of a fire / police facility in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of July 21, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated start date is August 15, 2021 and should be completed within a week. Countryside Fire Protection District is accepting sealed bids for the Station 2 HVAC Project. The Project includes the removal, replacement, purchase and installation of 7 HVAC RTUs at Station. The District intends to award the contract to complete the work on the Project to the contractor determined to be the lowest responsible bidder, as determined by the Board of Trustees, at its scheduled meeting on June 17, 2021. The Countryside Fire Protection District reserves the right to waive any irregularities, technicalities, and other nonmaterial variances contained in any bid and to reject all bids.
