Renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and medical facility.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Construction Manager Services for compressed air upgrades located throughout the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. Refer to the Request for Proposal documents (found in the Attachments tab) for full project details/requirements. The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota (the University) is requesting Proposals to provide construction manager services for compressed air upgrades located throughout the east bank of the Twin Cities campus (the Project). The University has established a construction budget for the Cost of the Work in the amount of $2,049,726 (current dollars, no escalation). The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than January 05, 2024. Early procurement of compressors may be required to meet the above substantial completion date.
