The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota (the University) is requesting Proposals to provide construction manager services for compressed air upgrades located throughout the east bank of the Twin Cities campus (the Project). The University has established a construction budget for the Cost of the Work in the amount of $2,049,726 (current dollars, no escalation). The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than January 05, 2024. Early procurement of compressors may be required to meet the above substantial completion date.
