Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project is located at the Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) 2001 Bloomington Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55404. The Project includes retrofit of two roof-top HVAC units and related work, interior remodeling, and the following Alternates: o Alternate #1a - Parking lot fencing and gates; o Alternate #2 - Exterior Painting of the building; o Alternate #3 - A substitution for fencing listed in Alternate #2. o Alternate #4 - Complete the work on the rooftop units on weekend time. The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than June 16, 2023.
