Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Portage, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Construct two wood pole building storage barns and associated electrical and site work at the Northern Campus. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a surety bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. Due to the social distancing requirements a mandatory pre-bid meeting is not planned for this project. It is encouraged that interested bidders contact the Architect to set up a time to review the site conditions. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the District's best interests.
