Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 400-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a 500-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Addition and renovations to the Recreation Centre community kitchen. The scope of the project includes the expansion of the kitchen in the back yard on the parking side with a new redevelopment that is adapted to the expectations of users. The sproject also includes renovations to the existing building areas. TIMELINE: The owner put the project on hold for an indefinite period. Future of the project is not determined. If/when a tender for the general contractor of this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
