Renovation of a swimming pool in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Upgrades and repairs to the Aquatic Centre. The scope of the project includes major interior and exterior renovations, upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems. The work will also include the conversion of the three existing locker rooms into a single family locker room in addition to making improvements in universal accessibility in the facility and replacing the electric boilers. To this will be added work to repair and improve the building and these facilities. TIMELINE: The owner has cancelled the request for design services IMM.SP24-03 by issuing an addendum before the deadline for receipt of proposals. If/when a new RFP for design of this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
