Canada Post has leased approximately 20,500 sq ft of unoccupied space at 1970 Merivale Road, Ottawa, ON, which will become the new Ottawa Postal Station N replacing the existing Station N located at 90 Bill Leathem Dr, Nepean. 1970 Merivale Road is a mixed-use industrial and office building which is owned and operated by Butler Group, previously owned by Nepean Hydro and Hydro Ottawa. TIMELINE: As of mid-June, 2021, building permits are in place. Awarded General contractor is currently unreleased for publication.
