Renovation of a library in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The project consists of the removal and installation of a replacement hot water boiler located at 10 South Emerson Street, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. The library is currently equipped with a Thermal Solutions EVA 1500 boiler. A Bid Bond (or Cashiers/Certified Check payable to the Library) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount is required. If a prospective bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Project, they shall submit to Tom Garvin, Director of Building and Security Services, tgarvin@mppl.org, a written request for an interpretation or correction. Any such request shall be submitted no later than five (5) working days before the bid submission deadline. Any interpretations or corrections shall be made in writing by Addenda and such Addenda will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving the Terms of Project no later than four (4) working days before the date specified for receipt of the bids
