This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Seattle, Washington. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The Work includes but is not limited to the following: Mechanical Plumbing and HVAC work for various locations at SeaTac International Airport and Seaport properties. Within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving written request from the Port of Seattle, the Contractor shall furnish all cost estimates, which shall contain estimates for labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform work as required by the Work Authorization (WA). Work will generally be requested on a day by day or weekly basis, but emergency response capability is also required. When emergency requests are made, one or more equipped trade workers must report to the designated job site within a time not to exceed two (2) hours from the time the Port Construction Manager calls the Contractor. In order to satisfy the demand of the anticipated contract workload, the Contractor is required to have an appropriate and reasonable number of badged employees, within the trade, of who two (2) or more must be Air Operations Area (AOA) qualified drivers. Contractor shall be capable of providing a combination of two (2) or more employees within a continuous 24-hour period working over day or night (swing or graveyard) shifts in multiple stocked service vehicles capable of responding to more than one location on the same day and for consecutive working days. The Contractor may be asked to provide an Excel spreadsheet showing a two-week workload projection associated with executed Work Authorizations on a regular basis. It is anticipated that the Contractor will be issued multiple contractor Work Authorizations against this Contract, however, the Port of Seattle does not guarantee any minimum amount of work associated with this Contract or that the combined value of any contractor Work Authorizations issued under this Contract will exactly total the Contract amount. The contract will be awarded for an estimated amount not to exceed $300,000, which includes Washington State Sales Tax. The contract will last one (1) year, 365 calendar days, from the official contract award date, which is the date the Port of Seattle signs the Agreement, or until the contract amount is depleted, whichever comes first. This contract contains an option to extend the contract time up to 12 months beyond the original contract completion date. Questions Cut-Off - 6/4/2021 The Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in its best interest and pursuant to the terms of the General Conditions. Contract time extends from Execution of the contract through Completion as defined in the General Conditions.
