A copy of the Contractor's letter directing said form(s) to the Affirmative Action Office must be supplied to the County at the time same is sent. A Contractor's award shall be rescinded if the Contractor fails to submit the above within two weeks from the award resolution. If the contract is rescinded, the contract will be awarded to the next lowest bidder. The difference in award amount between the rescinded award and the next lowest bidder shall be paid by the contractor whose award was rescinded.
