The objective of the project is to provide redundancy to the aging pipelines of San Francisco's water distribution system. The work to be performed under this contract includes the installation of 8-inch ductile iron pipe and 24-inch earthquake resistant ductile iron pipe, installation of curb ramps, sewer replacement and pavement restoration on Prospect, Fair and Coso Avenues and Coleridge Street. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
