**As of 8/12/2021 Project was awarded to Bear Electrical Solutions award amount $1,482,555.30. Citywide Streetlight LED Upgrade for 1985 high pressure sodium vapor ("HPS") streetlights City of Industry ("City") acquired from SCE in January 2020, 148 HPS streetlight planned to be acquired from SCE after June 30, 2021, when the Los Angeles County Lighting Maintenance District will be dissolved, and 406 HPS streetlights previously owned and served by Industry Public Utility (IPU) now owned, operated and maintained by the City. The contractor shall have at least seven (7) years of experience performing similar public work projects for the public agencies on the conversion of streetlights from HPS to LED in the Southern California area or have previously performed similar work for the City. Contractor shall complete and submit a Contractor's Statement of Experience to list three (3) public works projects completed for the public agencies within past seven (7) years with the name of the company, contact person and bid price. In addition, the manufacturer of LED luminaires proposed shall have at least seven (7) years of installation and successful history of performance of LED luminaires in the Southern California area. Any history of replacement of LED product because of product recall or largescale product replacement required due to poor performance and quality of product shall be considered grounds for disqualification. Manufacturer's Statement of Experience for at least 7 years of installation and performance history of LED luminaires is required to be submitted and shall provide 10 years of warranty as part of the bid. License Requirements : Class A & Class C-10 or Class A with Class C-10 Subcontractor The manufacturer shall also provide as a part of their bid IESNA (Illuminating Engineering Society of North America) LM-80 (Lumen Depreciation of LED chip) test data for a minimum of 10,000 hours and reported TM-21 data showing lumen maintenance of over 92% at 60,000 hours at 40 degrees Celsius for the proposed luminaire. This requirement shall not be waived. Liquidated Damages $300 per calendar day
