Renovation of a medical facility in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Sealed bids will be received by Memorial Health as provided in this notice for the Second Floor OSU Cardiovascular Suite Renovations Project. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; Memorial Health reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine the lowest and best bid. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of its Work on the Project, as defined in the General Conditions, within 75 calendar days of achieving Substantial Completion (Date of Final Completion). AIA Bid Bond or Payment and Performance Bond forms are not acceptable for this Project. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $430,000.
