This property is well-positioned in the heart of downtown Traverse City's vibrant, walkable central business district. The City of Traverse City seeks to further key goals through this initiative. These goals are: Maximize the number of residential units, Minimize the carbon footprint and parking, and Create community through building design and by establishing first floor retail, a diversity of price points, and favoring long-term rentals over condominiums.
