Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of August 3, 2021, the project has been awarded to Tucci & Sons, Inc. for $5,990,836.50. This Contract shall generally consist of asphalt and concrete paving, curb ramps, illumination, utilities (water, power, storm, wastewater), signs, sidewalk improvements, pavement markings, pedestrian and bicycle detection, a median refuge island, and signal improvements, including a new HAWK signal. The Bid Bond must be executed by the person legally authorized to sign the bid, and must be properly signed by the representatives of the surety company unless the bid is accompanied by a certified check. If Bid Bond is furnished, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variations from the language thereof will be accepted. The amount of the Bid Bond must be not less than 5% of the total amount bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
