The Project will consist of the construction of a single-story structure, approximately 12,967 square feet, which will house fire department personnel by providing office, living, sleeping, work, and vehicle storage areas Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 775, Texas Health & Safety Code and Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code, it is the intention of the Fort Bend County ESD No. 7 (the "Owner") to select via a Request for Proposals format (one-step process) a Construction Manager-At-Risk ("CM@R") for construction of a new Fire Station.
