Plans call for the renovation of the existing 16,900 square foot terminal building and an addition of approximately 15,100 square feet. Sletten Construction of Wyoming and Southwest Wyoming Regional Airport request subcontractor and supplier bids and DISADVANTAGE BUISNESS ENTERPRISE BIDS for work on the Southwest Wyoming Regional Terminal Early Bid Package. All scopes minus earthwork and steel reinforcing. Bid packages for the new building will include: Foundations Reinforcing Supply, Structural Steel Fabrication w/erection option, Cold Formed Metal Framing and Non-structural Metal Framing with Gypsum Board Assemblies, Exterior Metal Wall Panel Fabrication, and Building Subgrade Package. A construction manager has been selected. The project is being bid in phases. Estimate = total construction cost estimate. Addendum #1 & #2 have been issued.
