Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Muncie, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 162,500-square-foot, four-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of February 21, 2022, this project is currently under construction. Only one package is yet to be bid: Asphalt. Interested sub-contractors should contact the Construction Manager for additional information. Turner Construction Company will receive Pre-Qualification statements for the Ball State - Cooper Building Renovation - STEM III Project This project includes the following bid packages: demolition, building and site concrete, structural steel, roofing, drywall and acoustical ceilings, general trades, major MEP equipment, earthwork, asphalt paving, masonry, ornamental steel, millwork, glass and glazing, metal panels, caulking, waterproofing, expansion joints, polished concrete, fireproofing, elevators, lab casework, flooring, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, controls, and electrical for the demolition and renovation of the Cooper Building on Ball State University's main campus ANTICIPATED START DATE: December, 2021 You must be Pre-Qualified to be eligible to receive an invitation to bid on the above referenced project.
