Renovation of a military facility in Fort Hood, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This is an "Invitation for Bids." A Bid Bond is required (see section 00100, FAR Clause 52.228-1). Performance and Payment Bonds are required (see section 00700, FAR Clause 52.228-15) As required by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS for this Acquisition is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors (SB size standard $16.5) The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns only; no large business bids w ill be accepted for this procurement. The aw ardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent through completion of the project (see section 00700, FAR Clause 52.236-6). Project Manager, Quality Control and Superintendent Position are considered key positions. These positions SHALL not be sub-contracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor. Bidders are required to provide a valid Cage Code (Block 14 FACILITY), Point of Contact (POC) and email address w ith their bid. Bidders are required to provide a CD copy of their bid documents w ith their IFB Submission.
