The City of Huntsville is accepting solicitations for firms interested in providing asphaltic concrete street paving overlay with milling service and street reconstruction to include labor and materials in accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 252. The City of Huntsville is aware of the time and effort you expend in preparing and submitting bids and proposals to the City. A bid bond made payable to the City of Huntsville, Texas in an amount of 10% of the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract and execute such bonds as required within ten (10) days of award of contract of City Council. These specifications are for the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment for approximately 152,652 square yards of Full Width Milling at 2", 3,135 square yards of Full Depth HMAC Reconstruction, and 14,336 square yards of High Density Mineral Bond (HDMB)overlay upon portions of selected streets within the City of Huntsville.
