Per the owner, as of February 28, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2022 and much of the construction will be done by in-house crews other than the fencing. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. The City of Burlington is seeking proposals from design consultants to develop permit-ready plans for the construction of an off-leash dog park (OLDP). The city is interested in designers who have previous experience with OLDP design and construction. Designer shall hold up to three (3) meetings with the City during the design process and prepare permit ready drawings, specifications and construction cost estimates.
